You can return most items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. Please ensure that items are in their original condition, with any tags or packaging intact. We’re unable to accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
How to Make a Return
Contact Us – Let us know you wish to return an item by emailing our customer support team at info@sellboytrading.co.uk. Please provide your order number, the item you’re returning, and the reason for return.
Pack the Item Securely – Place the item in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories that came with it.
Return the Item – Post the item back to us using a reliable postal service. We recommend using tracked delivery to ensure the item reaches us safely. Please note that return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Processing – We'll process your refund once we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are usually completed within 7-10 working days and will be made using your original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please let us know within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage costs.
